InvoiceSheet Lite

InvoiceSheet Lite Terms of Service

Effective date: 8 October 2026. Last updated: 8 October 2026.

These terms apply when you use InvoiceSheet Lite (“the service”), the web app at https://invoicesheet.online, run by an independent developer (“we”). By using the service or subscribing, you agree to them. Please also read the Privacy Policy. Questions: gyan71@outlook.com.

1. The service

InvoiceSheet Lite converts invoices and receipts (PDF, PNG or JPG) into a structured table you can download as CSV or Excel. You can extract with free rules, your own API key (BYOK), or Hosted AI. The home page explains this purpose and lets you try extraction without signing in. An account — email and password, or optional Continue with Google — is only needed to carry a Hosted subscription across devices. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth (and Google, if you choose that button). See the Privacy Policy for what those services receive.

InvoiceSheet Lite does not use Google APIs or user data for AI-generated or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII); Google user data is not used to train AI models. It does not generate, edit, enhance or host intimate or sexual imagery. Do not upload non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or any file that is not an invoice or receipt you are allowed to process.

2. Plans

  • Free — rules: rule-based extraction without AI. No account needed.
  • Free — your own API key (BYOK): extraction with an AI provider you choose. You pay that provider directly and are responsible for your account with it.
  • Hosted AI free trial: a small number of Hosted AI extractions per browser (currently 3), with no payment.
  • Hosted AI — US$9/month: a monthly subscription, billed through Creem (Merchant of Record), that renews automatically each month until you cancel. It includes Hosted AI extractions up to the fair-use cap below; no API key is needed.
  • If we change the price, we tell existing subscribers by email before the change applies to their next renewal.

3. Fair use

Hosted AI includes up to 300 extractions per billing period (your usage is shown under “Billing & usage”). Unused extractions do not carry over. Extractions that return no usable data are not counted. We may limit or suspend automated, abusive or clearly excessive use. If you need more, contact us.

4. Review every result

Extraction is automatic and can be incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee that any result is accurate or complete. You must check every result against the original document before using it for accounting, tax, reimbursement or any filing. The service is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel any time under “Billing & usage” → “Manage subscription”, which opens the Creem customer portal. You can also update your card and download invoices there.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals only. Hosted AI stays available until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Access ends when that period ends, or if the subscription expires or goes unpaid.
  • If you were charged by mistake, or Hosted AI did not work for you, email gyan71@outlook.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it to the original payment method. Outside these cases, payments for a period that has started are not refunded pro rata.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the results. You confirm you are allowed to process them. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything illegal, or to create, alter or process forged or fraudulent invoices or documents;
  • upload files you have no right to process, or malware;
  • get around the free-trial limit, the fair-use cap or license checks, or share or resell your license key;
  • use Hosted AI or the BYOK relay as a general-purpose AI proxy, or for anything other than reading invoices and receipts;
  • upload non-consensual intimate imagery or ask the service to generate intimate imagery;
  • scrape, overload or disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.

8. Third-party services

Payments are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. Optional sign-in uses Supabase Auth; Continue with Google also uses Google’s sign-in. Hosted AI relies on a third-party AI model provider. If you use your own API key, your provider’s terms apply to that use. We are not responsible for outages or changes at these providers.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue Hosted AI, we give subscribers reasonable notice and refund the unused part of the current paid period.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for losses caused by errors in extracted data that you did not review. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for use that breaks these terms; for paid plans we tell you why by email when we can.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you additional protection.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes are announced to subscribers by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
